Haven't been able to get a hold of anyone for days at any time that I have tried. Haven't been provided with anything but a general phone number. No extensions or secondary numbers. No email. So far based on what else I'm reading here on google's reviews I'm not looking forward to speaking with anyone at this agency considering the fact that I have no other form of getting a hold of anyone there. Wasting my time on purpose is probably one of their most useful strategies.

Worst at customer service called Arlene 10 times and still she has not returned my call. The phone would ring one time and she would hang up. Not to mention prior to this incident she had me on hold for like 20 minutes while taking a personal calls. Very unprofessional company. I do not see how they are still in business. I know other collection companies that do a better job not to mention she was swearing on the other line with someone else and I could hear her clear as day. smh where do they find these people.

This company is unprofessional and the way the lady Arleen handles business is disgusting. Each time I would speak she would cut me off and hang up the phone. On the last call where she hung up I recorded the interaction with her refusing to let me speak to a manger. I will be contacting the better business bureau and filing a suit against the company for not giving me any information regarding my file.

Ford Trying to sue my husband again. The garnishment was completed and released by the court. But every year they keep trying. I keep sending them the released court papers🤦🏻‍♀️

VERY RUDE!! THEY FILED A GARNISHMENT ON ME FOR MY EX HUSBANDS DEBT! AND DID NOT EVEN TRY TO PURSUE HIM AND HE MAKES A LOT MORE MONEY THAN I DO!! I EVEN OFFERED TO GIVE THEM HIS INFORMATION AND THEY REFUSED TO REVERSE THE GARNISHMENT ON ME AND PUT IT ON HIM!!!!!! THE "ASSOCIATE" WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND BASICALLY HUNG UP ON ME!!
