My experience here was just awful. Having wills and health documents drawn up is stressful enough without having to deal with hugely unacceptable delays in receiving papers and the stretches between available appointments, unbelievable typos in simple things like phone numbers, and unfathomable errors in content. For a law office ! What we requested be in our wills was not what we received. Thankfully, I carefully read the documents this office gave me each time, and caught the many mistakes - sometimes repeated errors - and errors that possibly could have had ramifications. Twice we returned to have the papers corrected, expecting they would be corrected after lengthy phone calls - but they were not. Be forewarned! Check everything!
