My interaction with Lyons & Associates left me with serious concerns about the firm’s professional conduct. As a paralegal, I found counsel’s communication dismissive, unnecessarily aggressive, and inconsistent with the professionalism attorneys are expected to maintain. Representation of a client does not excuse abandoning neutrality or basic professional standards. The firm should take a hard look at the professionalism and communication of its attorneys. Wish I could put 0/5 stars.
