If I could give a 0 star I would. In family court just Takes your money and does not do his part to get everything he supposed to after you give him every bit of the evidence he needs to win the case Then you get a letter from the court saying he withdrew his self like do what. A waste of money so if you have a family matter I would take your money else where

He doesn’t take your evidence to court when the evidence is strong and he won’t fight for what you want or need even with strong evidence, he doesn’t communicate when we got a motion handed to us he didn’t inform us that he got one and that we are gonna have to go back to court for this very very unprofessional

If you get Jimmy Lyons Jr. prepare to never meet your attorney except for about 20 seconds before you go to court and never really get any work out of him. He won't discuss your case to develop a defense except in that 20 seconds if you develop a defense at all. He won't return calls. He won't meet you any other time except just before court. He will promise your family that he will go see you and will not do it. He won't do much of anything. He has a client that's been in Greenup jail a year and has seen her three times, all just before court. He has another client that's been jailed 3 1/2 months that he's seen three times, all just before court. The amount of time he's spent with both clients combined in all of that time is less than 8 minutes.
