Attorney Matthew Exton with this firm, is NOT recommended! It took me 3 months to get my final settlement check out of a lawsuit I won. He kept changing the fees. I have his first one, which is NOT at all nothing like the final one. I complained to his firm & finally got a check in the mail with a letter from the firm. BUT, what the firm doesn't know is, Matthew Exton sent me an email which was NOT very friendly. He comes off great to begin with but when it comes down to it, he doesn't fight for you & treats you nasty.

Mathew Exton is a crook. Told me not to settle with a disillusion that I needed a divorce and he had my back. Also told me it would be over in 6 months with a total cost of 2600 to 3500. He let my exes lawyer write up all the divorce papers but had me file for divorce. He did nothing and charged me over 10,000. Another 3100. That I refused to pay. He had my back alright. If I could give minus 5 stars that would be my rating. Horrible excuse for an attorney.

It's been a while, but I remember the event clearly because the meeting was so unprofessional. I made an appointment a week in advance and the person from this firm was more than an hour late. This person/lawyer on a weekday, was dressed in a polo and jogging pants. There was no way that this person was going to represent me. Worst experience with a lawyer ever.

I personally had Steve prestraph. He is amazing. I highly recommend him 100%. I am very happy. He made me feel more relaxed with my case, then worrying all the time.

I would recommend calling Linde Webb if you want a real estate, trust or eminent domain attorney extremely passionate about protecting your assets and doing the right things right. She has vast experience in winning against state Probate and Government taking situations. Call her to establish a will or trust, and have faith it will be done correctly.
