Very nice and very easy process during the day of close. They helped relieve my stress on closing day. Walked me through each document requiring my review and signature. The lower review is because they sent a paper check to pay for my insurance at USAA. I could have paid this in a five second electronic transaction. Meanwhile, USAA is threatening to bill me directly because they hadn’t received payment and I unfortunately had a property claim to file. It’s 2025. Time to get with the program of electronic payments.
