I called Lunn and Forno based on reviews. After a call and signing of the representative agreement they walked me through the process and coached me at each step of the claim. After a few years I ended up filing for a hearing which Elizabeth attended and also coached me through the upcoming event and cast of characters in the hearing. A few months later I was finally notified of agreement, award and upcoming payments. One regret was on the filing date. I could have filed years earlier which was my fault as at that time I did not understand the process and available benefits. Advice I give is file as soon as possible as the process is thorough and takes some time.
