Attorney Barlay and his staff were nothing short of outstanding! I am astounded to see that anyone could have had a negative experience with his practice. If I were nitpicking, I would say his greatest flaw is his attention to detail. I consulted him to establish a trust as part of my estate planning. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. Because of him, I really had to take the time to get my affairs in order, a task I had been postponing for many months. Needless to say, I'm better for it. Having said that, I would recommend him a million times over. I am forever thankful for Attorney Barlay and his amazing staff!!

Thua Barlay is the best attorney in the state of Georgia. I have closed hundreds of transactions at his Conyers and Covington location and I love him and his staff. They are so wonderful. So thankful we met and so glad we work together. Joe

Do you want competent people to handle your professional legal needs? THIS ISN"T IT!!!!! Do you want a joke and laughing-stock experience with a bunch of clowns who can't even do a simple job? This IS it!!!! I can't even count how many times they screwed up on my house closing docs and could have lost the transaction earnest money!!! Their attorney hung up when I asked if they would take responsibility for the botch-job. They couldn't even orchestrate the closing times and location - nobody knew anything about the transaction closing locations and times! LAST PLACE I WOULD USE!!

Worked with them a few years ago and had a really pleasant experience. Decided to reach out to them to update a grant deed and it was a totally different story. Emailed and called with questions but had a hard time getting someone to respond to me. Today, I called to follow up on an email I sent 2 weeks ago and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, continued to cut me off- I even asked her why she was so rude and explained that I don’t work in the industry and needed clarification. Nonetheless- I’ve actually used them twice in the past and will never do business with them again.
