One of their ligation Paralegals lacked communication which resulted in an additional $4K charge to me. I provided our email exchange since they "did not have access to old emails". Even with that, the situation is being ignored as if the Paralegal wasn't at fault. After today, I checked the reviews and saw that poor communication and excessive fees are common (law office I suppose I understand) but I guess I'm hoping this helps someone that has to deal with the same issues.

Steer clear of Joe Larkin. His accessibility, availability and followup is nothing less than minor league. We, unfortunately, have been drug thru the mud with this representation for years now. The only meaningful response weve ever received was when we threatened to report the incompetance to the State Bar. Even then, 6mos later - our representation has completely disappeared, yet again. Awful. Very big mistake on this HOAs behalf.

Great job as always. We were scheduled at 1 PM for a new construction closing but found ourselves after brunch just waiting around. . .I called the Alpharetta office and they said yes, come on over, we will get you done earlier. Super service!
