(OVERCHARGED FOR POOR SERVICE) I thought about this a lot before posting my review because it's best to keep our professional interactions positive. However, the truth must always prevail. I admit that Mr. Luca Lopes Fagundes is very professional; I'll give him that. However, I believe Mr. Fagundes has lost track of what is to be a true leader, he doesn't truly care about helping the community; what he really cares about is the money that goes into his bank account. He charged me $500 just to review my case and another $500 for my sister. Of course this included his consultation fee. It took a little over a month to hear back from him. Mr. Fagundes receptionist never called me back regarding my case. I was the one who had to contact them, and only then did they respond with a phone call,
