I’m only giving one star because I can’t give half a star or zero star. This attorney‘s office is negligent, waste time, doesn’t read thoroughly through anything. Please please please don’t waste your money and time even contacting these people!!! they took so much money from me and my decree is the biggest mess!! after a year and a half of going through a crappy divorce. I missed a lot of details that my “ attorney Darcy“ should’ve corrected and helped me with. PLEASE DO NOT waste your time and money!!

There’s a type of divorce called collaborative practice that saves so much money and time that I highly recommend. There are websites that explain how the money is saved - mostly in court fees and court appearances. It requires that both parties be represented and have an idea of how the assets are to be split; it might not work for some people, but it did for me. Not all attorneys know how the process works, but Darcy Loveless definitely does. She and her paralegal Tina did a great job representing me, and I couldn’t be more thankful for their help.

Darcy Loveless recently handled a family law matter for my family. I told her in the beginning that everything was all agreed upon and of course, things turned out not to be all agreed upon.
