I have always found him to be fair and honest no matter the cost. He has done well because he has always looked out for his client's best interest first. Very greedy! Rude! Does not acknowledge recurring customers. I used them many times and they always make mistake one after a other. YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER TO THEM. as a business owner and landlord I don't recommend using them for house closings. They want me to pay to talk to them about my case. After being a client of there's for a long while. Cader settlements does a much better full job and actually backs there title search unlike this firm
