The experience was a very good one. The firm accomplished what they set out to do. Finally going to receive my check from home owners insurance. Not always able to connect with someone in the office I needed and was left holding for long periods of time and hung up.

I regret ever hiring this law firm to handle my homeowners insurance claim. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a 3-year nightmare. Their representation during the hearing was poor and unprepared, and when the case finally settled, they kept more than half of my claim—far beyond the 30% fee I was initially told. They added hidden fees and charges that were never disclosed to me in advance. To make matters worse, they held onto my insurance settlement check for months after closing in February. I was told by the attorney that insurance can take up to 45 days to release funds, but when I finally received my check in May, it was dated back to March—nearly expired.
