Mr Casadia took my call personally. He spent 40 minutes on the phone going over my case and potentially defending me against false charges of assualt where I was truly a victim only. I contacted him because I was not sure if the firm that was currently hired by me, was putting in much effort getting everything over to the prosecutor's office that showed my innocence. Including an eyewitness written and notarized statement saying I was the victim and did not assualt anyone. Mr Casadia explained that discovery between defense and the prosecution is not an instant occurrence and just because I had not received the answers I wanted to hear right away, that I should expect it to take awhile. He did not try to "talk me into" leaving my present council and hire him immediately. He rather explain
