She is not very good she has had my Dad's Probate case and has not settled it in over 2 years. She acts like she doesn't care, it not very much money so why bother. That's the way I feel about her.

I just needed a simple document, a Lady Bird deed, so that if my mom passed away, Medicaid could not do an estate recovery. After a couple more calls and 5 weeks later, nothing.
