My experience with Matthew S. Lott / Lott Law was extremely unprofessional. I was clearly told during our initial consultation that the entire case would cost $5,000. Only after I agreed did the written agreement suddenly limit the work to two court appearances. When I questioned this inconsistency, I was assured that cases like mine “normally only need two hearings,” which was misleading and inaccurate. After payment, communication deteriorated. Emails and calls frequently went unanswered, and I often had to chase the office for basic updates.
