They charged me extra money to update my new card because the one they had before on their system it was stolen !! I never seen that before. I wish some offices would be more flexible no overcharging someone just to update information specially is that person is trying to be responsible making their payments!

This company is a scam. All my payments are to my principal payment which keeps me gaining interest. I've managed to pay of half of my debt only to be put into more debt. How these people sleep at night. Avoid business with these people at all cost!!!!

Continuously calls me regarding a 13 year old debt that was resolved through bankruptcy. Harassment at it's best. I think I will hire an attorney to issue a cease and desist letter as I've requested to not be contacted 6-7 times in the last two months alone.

Was contacted from them in regards to a hospital bill when my son had his circumcision. Was making payments to the hospital, but because it was not enough for them, they sold my account to these people. I set a payment plan with them automatic withdraw. After COVID, they stopped taking all payments. Fast forward to just last week, my wife gets suppnea to appear via ZOOM. I call immediately set up yet another automatic payment. This is after 5 years. They are requesting I send them very intrusive information. Of course I refuse and tell them I have set up payments to automatically come out to them and I will not be sending this information. I completed their questionnaire they need. Again, very intrusive. Fast forward to the ZOOM they made us appear too although they are getting their payme

These reviews look super scary but I called in yesterday first time ever and spoke to Lakiesha about setting up a payment plan in order to reinstate my license in regards to a 2006 incident. She was very informative and understanding over all very professional and may I add I think I even heard a compassionate undertone in her voice in regards to my case. I was overall well pleased with my first time experience. I really hope these horrible reviews are at the least mostly all twisted exaggerations because by the looks of it I will be making payments for many years to come and I really need my license to help my wife with our kids especially our disabled son plus I haven't had my license in almost 10 years now, that's crazy.
