Absolutely terrible customer service. My experience began with dropped calls and background noise filled with laughter and screaming—completely unprofessional behavior. To my shock, I later found out the woman on the other end was actually the attorney herself, not just a call center employee. After the call was dropped, I called back, only to be met with impatience and disinterest. I was asked for information, but barely five minutes into explaining my situation, she cut me off, telling me to "just get to the point" because she was heading into another meeting. If you're going to present yourself as a professional, act like one. If you're too busy or too entitled to listen to potential clients, have someone else do the intake for you.
