I called on June 18, 2024 to inquire about a potential case. I have never been involved in any legal matter in my life— so this was my first time ever consulting with an attorney. I was welcomed by a lovely representative named Brian who then transferred me to Adam Van Grack. Adam was immediately condescending, rude, and disrespectful. I tried to inform Adam that I thought a consultation answered my questions and addressed the validity of my potential case, he didn’t let me finish a single thought. He constantly cut me off, treated me as if I were incompetent, and was extremely abrasive in his tone from inception. Please, somebody teach that poor man customer service.
