Can negative stars be given??? Absolutely ridiculous excuse for a "law firm". I first reached out to this clown on January 3rd of 2025 with a break in title issue we needed resolved for a property we're trying to sell. NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING has be done in 8 MONTHS. Dozens of calls, emails, and even a visit by my sister to their office requesting updates has resulted in the same thing: "l'll get back to you by the end of the week", or "I'll email you the information over" ----- NOTHING, NO CORRESPONDENCE. I have no idea what Gaylene has been doing for 8 FREAKING MONTHS, but sure hasn't been working on our case. Stay away!

I was in a really bad situation when bought a house from the bank, and after the closing date, I came to the house and the old owners still there and they are also squatters ( due to foreclosure ), so at first I have an real-estate attorney to do the eviction, but after a year and a half, that attorney couldn't get them out, and cost me quite a bit on the fees, and to one point the attorney said he will charge me $375/hour, not a flat fee of $1500 per court date. So I can't afford to pay for that which I will not know when it will be done or how many hours I have to pay to him, so I've asked him to dismissed my case until I have more money. I did a 1 hour consultation with Gaylene and she was excellent in explaining the paperwork I needed to use to be compliant with Texas Law. The one hour consultation to me was worth its weight in gold. Her fees are reasonable. Also, they can handle your deals anywhere in Texas. If you are a Real Estate Investor, I would recommend giving them a call and hire them.
