They only handle small easy cases where they don't have to do a lot of footwork or research. They always say they are limited on staff. Two other people told me that they did the same thing to them. They're not really here to help the community or low income families when in need. They're very bad when it comes to returning phone calls. Don't waste your time with this agency

We used them last year when our landlord took us to court for eviction. She refused to accept any part of rent we offered and refused the help from a local church. We are very happy with the services we received.

Is anyone going to contact me... ever?! Try calling them... cannot talk to anyone, and the receptionist knows absolutely nothing. They are supposed to help people, but clearly thay don't want to.
