My experience with London & London was confusing, unnecessarily stressful, and marked by admitted internal error that should never have occurred. I was actively making payments in good faith and trying to resolve my account responsibly. I followed the firm’s instructions for submitting payment exactly as given. Despite that, my payments were returned to me marked “VOID,” accompanied by letters stating my account was “closed.” This was the first time I had been told my account was closed, and no clear explanation or advance notice was provided. During this process, I was also accused of writing bad checks, even though I had followed the firm’s own payment instructions and had sufficient funds. This law firm looks very suspicious. No one answers the phone. Options were given to speak with a representative then phone call j hung up. This happened repeatedly. I logged on to the website and the only information I can pull up on my case is to make a payment with no reoccurring balance report. I dont feel comforable with inputting my account information on this website. There are too many fraud activities going on in this world.

Have had many dealings with Mr London and his staff. I have always been treated fairly and courteously. Very knowledgeable people. Friendly and helpful assistants and manager.

im trying to contact them to pay a debt. I dial. it rings, I go through phone system and placed on hold for about 15 seconds then the system times out and request you leave a message or try online. I tried this 7 times yesterday. in there defense they did call back one time but I was not near the phone.
