I had conversation with Mr. Logan. He was polite, but said they could not help. I asked if there was anyone he could recommend in the area. I guess not because he hung up on me saying "good luck, bye- bye". Click. I agree that an attorney does not have time to spend time with clients they cannot help, but I looked and the call was less than 3 minutes long and hanging up on someone is unprofessional.

This is not easy for me to write, but I feel it’s important to share — especially for others looking for legal support in vulnerable situations. I hired Ryan Olsen from Logan & Lowry in 2022 after I was sexually assaulted while receiving emergency care at a hospital. As someone living with cerebral palsy, navigating the legal system is already overwhelming. I needed an attorney who would not just fight for me, but communicate with me and guide me through a very traumatic and complicated process. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened. Despite multiple calls begging for help preserving hospital surveillance footage and police video, I received little to no follow-up. The case was allowed to fall through the cracks. Had a consultation with an older gentleman over the phone…absolutely the most unprofessional conversation I have ever experienced in my life! Completely rude and just plain and simple a d***. Do not recommend them at all! I tried explaining my situation and all he wanted to do was prosecute me! Extremely short tempered and ended the conversation in the middle of a question by saying “I’m busy, got to go” and hung up. Just lovely! Please do not give these people any business!

Honestly deserves 0 stars. I got a call and was not told it was a free consult and within 5 minutes was told he didn’t have time to discuss any other issues on the matter and exact words were “Just so you know I’m $285 an hour and if you would like to talk any further you need to call and make a appointment” click. Didn’t say goodbye, nothing. I wouldn’t EVER want this man to fight for my case even if he were free.

Retaining fee is not too high. They are professional, proficient and efficient in their efforts working on your case. I can honestly say this law firm is understanding and dull of guidance. I am forever grateful and thankful to them. I was told it was an impossible case by many, but Logan & Lowry reassured me that nothing is impossible. And in my trial, they proved it. I recommend them very much so.
