Take your business elsewhere. Gatten chooses the easiest path to get paid and does not have his clients best interest at heart. Tim seems to be swamped with work and cannot respond to emails regarding trusts and wills.
Mr. Gatten has performed various services for us over the years. He got our house closed, set up an LLC, and did our parents will. Fantastic work and experience!
Used them for a partition case it was the worst experience of my life. I had Mr. Gatten I really didn’t know the law on partition, wasn’t Completely honest with me Was more concerned with what the opposing attorney would say rather than representing me kept raising the rates and to be honest he was over paid from the start. Set me a bill for one month I paid it three months later he tried to tell me it wasn’t paint before because he added stuff to it
They know what they are doing and do it well. Very nice to work with.
