I retained Lockhart Law about 6 months ago to take over my divorce and custody case that had been turned into a nightmare by the extremely incompetent law firm I had previously retained. Beth and Andrea have done an incredible job turning things around and getting my case back on track. They are extremely knowledgeable, attentive, timely, and they are exactly who you want in your corner fighting for you. Additionally, their staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and do what they say they are going to do without having to as twice. I couldn’t be more happy with the service I am receiving from Lockhart Law.

One lawyer that does what she says she's going to do... She's a no nonsense lawyer. She speaks her mind so if you can't handle the truth, she's not for you. Yes, she's busy and most of the time you don't talk directly to her, but staff is on top of things. They will take care of anything you need! I was very lucky to get Beth along time ago when she was teamed up with another lawyer. Without her , not sure how my kids and myself would have ended up.. But we are good now thanks to her.

Beth made sure my husband was well taken care of for his custody case for my step daughter. We got what we needed and she answered any questions we had and responds in a timely manner. I retained Beth for a cps matter that didn’t pertain to me… due to the illegal order the Oswego county family court placed on me, I knew they legally had to dismiss the charges. However, I had retained Beth to handle the matter. The charges were dismissed without her appearance and she never went to a court proceeding on my behalf. During the time I retained her, I have had trouble contacting her through her secretary (some rude guy) always had an attitude and said he or Beth would be in contact with me. Needless to say, no response and I always found myself calling back receiving some excuse!
