Don’t waste your time going to this location! Absolutely waste of time! They don’t even make you feel welcome or care about you! They just want money. All the Latinos here have major attitude like they are god or something. I am sitting down waiting at the waiting room when I saw a lady coming down the hallway stomping her shoes lie she didn’t wanted to be there, looked at me like a was a weird animal or something. So minutes after same lady came and get me with the same attitude , didn’t even say welcome or my name is so and so. She just took me to a room, so I asked her if there somebody else that I can talk to about it because she didn’t make feel comfortable talking to her. I mean if she didn’t care about greeting me. First and foremost what a welcoming office visit we had at Lisinski Law Firm in Charlotte. Our specialist Astrid L was so kind and supportive throughout this session. She went above and beyond in making sure my mother and father’s questions were answered and didn’t bother answering and being straightforward with our situation. My experience: I’ve now had the same disappointing experience TWICE with Lisinski Law Firm, which has left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. In both instances, I reached out, explained my situation in detail, and was told I was eligible to proceed with my case. I promptly provided all the requested information. Most recently, about two weeks ago, I followed up again and was once more asked for the same information, which I submitted without problem. I was told I would be contacted by Wednesday of last week. It is now Monday of the following week, and I have yet to receive any follow-up or communication!! The lack of follow-through and responsiveness, especially after expressing interest and providing all necessary documentation, has been very disappointing to say the least. Clear co
