I called multiple times to set up a trust with a promise to call back, waisted my time waiting while I really needed to have it done asap. I do not recommend this place, not professional, not considered of customer time. I am really disappointed for my experience with this office.

I hired Brian O’Keefe to assist me in securing a two commercial loans from two private lenders. Brian identified a private party on the first loan, and I located a hedge fund as the lender on the second loan. Both transactions were heavily lawyered with voluminous amounts of paper and took several months to complete. Brian and his team completed many of the requested due diligence items before the lender asked. When your counsel is ahead of the curve it certainly adds to your creditability with the lender. I recommend Lippitt O’Keefe and continue to work with Brian today.
