Iinda is the worst lawyer. She doesn’t advocate for you properly. She’s looking to get paid and rip you off. She never let me know how much she was charging despite me asking her numerous times. 2 weeks before closing she tells me $2,000 and the day before closing I found out she told my title company her fee is $3000+. A straight rip off and she acts like she’s scared to speak up for her clients. Got taken advantage of by the seller and his crooked attorney and she showed no interest in defending me.

I can’t thank and recommend Linda enough. We had a complicated closing, no fault of ours, and she worked through it with the sellers attorney to get everything done. She’s very responsive, either picking up the phone or calling back quickly. Thank you again Linda.
