Rude officers at the matel detectors. Acting like they have never seen a man in work boots. Made my son in law remove his boots twice just to get in.

Although this may be a place we don't necessarily want to be. There are usually people there who know what's going on to help us navigate the system to help us help ourselves.

Clerks in the passport office were very rude and misinforming about the process. I called and double check information just to be turned back because the information I was giving from a senior clerk was not correct to a junior clerk.

People in this place is super helpful, had to pay a traffic ticket and I was there for no more than 10 minutes ,

Security team was friendly and fast, absentee/early voting was a breeze.
