Jansen is a really bad attorney who has conversations with third parties and agrees not to share the information with the client or she did that to me. Do not use her if CPS is involved or any department of CPS is involved she normally works for CPS on their case's and will ignore telling the client information because one of these workers asks her not to. Oh and her billing person is not licensed and if you request anything or call for any corrections they add additional money. Then send an invoice for an amount unreasonable.

She’s the court appointed for my nephew in a CPS case… he could loose his children…she’s no help at all…almost like she’s working for the other side… she use to be a CPS worker herself so she’s friends with the CPS workers… she never objects to anything… she don’t speak up… she goes along with whatever CPS says…my nephew had a question…the judge acknowledged he was trying to speak…Erin was like “I don’t know what for”. She literally don’t care… she never returns calls until just before the court date… she don’t bring up in court anything discussed prior… please don’t use here or you will loose your kids… pay for your own representation.. it’s worth it and it don’t cost as much as you think… we fired her!!

Lillis charged me $350 to transfer a Property Deed and he failed to file it with the city. A few months later I filed it myself for $15. I went to Jansen for a divorce and she continued to disappoint. Jansen often showed up unprepared to the point that I had to draft my own Stipulation Agreement and then she failed to put it on record. Jansen also caused me a financial loss in addition to the case. Jansen never attempted to litigate on my behalf for custody. The total divorce cost and all the extra legal troubles cost me nearly $20K. The staff is comprised of bitter man hating divorceés. I would never recommend this firm for any legal services.

Very poor experience. Gave a one out of 5 because there wasn't a zero. Tried to get someone evicted from my home and charged me $1498.00 and was beat by a high school dropout who didn't even have an attorney, Then this lawyer told me she didn't know how to file an appeal because she had never done one. Had to fire her. What a waste of time and money. Still trying to evict her after 7 months. I could of done this bad at the eviction hearings all on my own and saved a lot of money. Pretty sad!!!!!!!!!

Erin Jensen handled my child custody case and did a outstanding job. She told me what to expect and it went like that. Erin is reasonably priced as she is effective. In the end I got what I expected and I’m pleased with the results. I highly recommend Mrs. Jensen to anyone whom is looking for a good attorney to get the job done.
