Debbie Lifka handled the sale of my mom’s home. She was amazing in that she visited my mom at the assisted living home and explained, in simple terms, all of the paperwork that my mom needed to sign. There was a complication before the sale and Debbie represented my mom’s interests well. She was able to navigate the issue and the sale proceeded without a hitch. Used their services several times over the last 20 years and was happy with them but now they're too busy and can't/won't give me a half hour to an hour of time for a simple discussion on a new issue (and I truly only need up to an hour tops, it's not an overly complicated issue at all, involves just 1 piece of paper, no future conversations required, I just need basic knowledge and understanding of issue) I don't know what the deal is but they don't seem to want or need my money so won't call them again. Not a professional way to treat a previous client.
