We closed on our home in October, and Tom served as our attorney. Unfortunately, our experience was overwhelmingly negative. While interactions were pleasant early on through contract signing, communication and professionalism declined significantly afterward. As first-time homebuyers, we expected guidance and advocacy, but instead found the office to be uncommunicative and dismissive when we had questions. On the few occasions we contacted the office, staff were often impatient, unwelcoming, and at times condescending. The most serious issue occurred on the morning of our scheduled closing, when we were informed that our possession date was actually three days later. I understand everyone has bad days, but the consistent lack of professionalism I encountered with this attorney and his team extended far beyond a single off day. From blatant disregard for client needs to disrespectful interactions with colleagues, their conduct was unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering their services, especially those in the real estate industry, to steer clear. My interactions with Tom and his team were marked by rudeness, unprofessionalism, and a shocking absence of common decency. This experience was far from an isolated incident, and I urge others to seek representation elsewhere.

Tom Licari is an excellent real estate attorney. He has made the whole "house buying process" a great experience. Highly recommend him.
