Jennifer was very rude when I called. I submitted a form online to hear back from the firm, and they scheduled me for a phone consultation without asking for my availability. I moved my work meetings to accommodate the time they scheduled (one day in advance, btw) and now they're almost 10 minutes late. I called the firm to check and see if I was supposed to call, and Jennifer answered the phone asking if I could hold, but I couldn't hear her because the phone was very muffled, so I started introducing myself. She rudely interrupted me and repeated "I said can you please hold." Very unprofessional at every level. Curious how they obtain new clients with this being the first few interactions.

Completely unprofessional! Scheduled a consultation two weeks ago, was given an appointment time and was told someone would call me. No one did. I gave them a second chance, this time I received no less than 5 texts and emails reminding me of the date and time for the appointment. Still no one called me! Totally irresponsible, unprofessional and horrible customer service! Find a different company to represent you! Edit: they reached out (about 5 minutes after I posted this review) to let me know the person was delayed, and an hour after that got a text saying they tried calling and didn't get an answer. (0 missed calls) Completely unprofessional.

worst law group for filing a bankruptcy. we have been trying to file a simple ch 7 bankruptcy since november. every time we submit the documents they request, they either want something else or claim they didnt get what we sent. Two months ago, we paid the filing fee. They still havent filed. Now they drag it out so that every month, we have to submit another month of paystubs. Now we cant even get them to respond to us. I hate that it is all by text. We are getting ready to file a complaint & will be disputing the filing fee we paid w/ our bank for "services not rendered". Stay away from this law firm!!!

I’m very disappointed that filing for a divorce has taken many months. This group has not returned phone calls or emails. I have done everything they’ve asked and gotten no responses or updates. I am still waiting for a response to pick up my documents so I can go to a different law firm. Very unprofessional. I see responses from other people who had similar experiences. I have receipts. So whenever decides to respond, don’t call me a liar or say what I’m saying is untrue. I’ll post screenshots. UPDATED- attorney contacted me personally and has given me access to complete my divorce. Will update once completed. 11/22 update Attorney Tillman has done a great job communicating with me what’s needed to be completed. Liberty law group in Newport News is the most unprofessional, underperforming, careless and unorganized business in regards to bankruptcy help. They provide little to no feedback and waste time making appointments that they don’t meet or are late for.
