I am so thankful for the referral I got to use this company and, specifically, Eleanor Hunt. Eleanor has, what we call in the medical field, excellent bedside manner. She understands what you are going through in the process and is very good at explaining what to expect next, what I needed to do next, and the possible outcomes, even if they weren't what I wanted to hear. I had no surprises in my process from a legal point of view, because of this. Eleanor, and her support team, really did a good job in handling any issues, and supporting me along the way. My personal experience with this law firm has been very unpleasant. Contacting the firm is not easy and you either get Hailey Pate or the offsite receptionist that answers when she isn’t available. When I pointed out that I was having a bad experience and was going to leave my honest thoughts in a review (which are my own thoughts, come to your own conclusion), I was threatened and told that leaving a review is “defamation.” How is leaving an honest review of my experience and my opinion when interacting with this firm considered defamation? Answer: it isn’t. But, the fact that anyone at the firm itself would try to intimidate me out of writing an honest review in my opinion speaks volumes.
