horrible customer service, i called for a simple question and was hopeful to file and make an appointment. i got told they were too busy to be on the phone with me. isnt talking to a potential customer part of the business?? super rude, useless with information. made me feel like a burden. do not call or use this business!!

They were hired to do a simple eviction. The cost was more than double what it should have been and the service is terrible. They do not return phone calls but charge for leaving multiple messages! They are late in getting paperwork filed and do not follow up with the courts or Sheriff office to be sure they stay on track. The only way you will get a copy of what they are supposedly filing for paperwork is to hound them for the copies - you can get it but you are charged for the several calls it takes to get them. I’ve had occasion to use many different law firms in NH and Maine - this office is by far the least capable and most disorganized office I have ever used. So sad that David felt he did a ‘good’ job. It just means he will not improve.

I have been a satisfied client for well over 10 years. I find the office to be responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. I am astonished at the negative reviews and will continue to be their client

Horrible experience, said they could help with a trust issue and after wasting time, made sure to stay on a midcoast lawyer's good side instead of serving their clients' best interests. Ethically questionable at best.

One of the most dishonest people I've ever met he represented one of my siblings that my father's estate in probate Court the only thing that came out of his mouth was two things lies and slander this man is not to be trusted.
