Letty Elwood has handled four traditional house closings and two installment contract for deed house closings for me. Each time she has done an excellent job. I would highly recommend Letty Elwood. Quite simply she is the BEST.

I would not recommend Letty. My mother needed a new will and power of attorney. First, I had to call and ask when it would be sent out after waiting two weeks. I was told it would be sent out later that week. However, we didn’t get it until the following week. OK there was a holiday in there I can understand the delay. There were, however, many mistakes when we got the draft several names were spelled incorrectly. secondary parties were not listed in the correct order and after changes were made, and we started to go over them I explained the first correction still had the name still spelled incorrectly, she became very irritated with me. She explained there was a line in the circle and she made the change based on that. I would never go to her again in fact after the first corr
