It has been a period of over two years working with this law firm directly following the unfortunate death of my mother. This law firm specifically Ashley Diaz and David Lesch are non-responsive to requests and demonstrate a lack of transparency, while working on the case. There have been multiple occasions where I've been told paperwork was being filed with the court, and then I would later discover that the paperwork was either never filed or filed months later from the date initially discussed. They will claim the court is delayed however in reality they often have not filed or amended documents as requested by the court.
