Lerch Early Brewer

I recently reached out to Learch Early & Brewer and was connected with Attorney Casey College. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. From the moment he answered the call, his tone was curt and impatient. He made no effort to understand my concerns and spoke as if my call was a burden. He rudely cut me off and suggested that the firm wouldn’t be interested in me as a client—without even hearing the details of my case. His behavior was cold, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional. This is not the standard anyone should accept from legal counsel.

I had high hopes when I called Learch Early & Brewer, but my interaction with Attorney Casey College quickly turned into one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a legal professional. His tone was sharp and unwelcoming from the very beginning. He didn’t give me a chance to explain anything before cutting me off and insinuating that the firm wouldn’t be interested in helping someone like me. His cold and dismissive behavior left me speechless. If this is who they entrust with client interactions, I would be extremely cautious about engaging with this firm.

There is no real winning in a custody case. That said, I would not have made it through the last 12 months without the stamina, wisdom, legal expertise, and genuine kindness of Neemi Patel and Meg McKinney. Neemi and Meg were expert listeners, able to take in an avalanche of information, and distill down what was critical to my case. They also strengthened my voice and message to stand loud and clear when it mattered. In my situation, it was imperative that I had council who was skilled and patient when mediating with a difficult, pro se defendant and who was known and well-respected by our judge.
