The 2 stars are for the brief moments I did get a response in a timely manner and that’s being generous. And also for the politeness and kindness they do have. But that doesn’t excuse such a lack of communication /: Before any payment, they were very good at reaching out to you to see if you were still wanting to file with them. After that, once I provided my down payment + began monthly payments, communication has gone down the drain. There was no communication on the fact that once I made the down payment + 1st payment of the payment plan, I’d then have to wait for the next payment to clear to actually move forward. No one ends up reaching out when that happened so I had to call. In general, I always had to be the one calling to get information or next steps. They hardly ever reached ou
