They really just charge you every month to tell you they can't help you directly but they can give you chatgpt answers and pointless direction.

Legal shield has been very professional assigning attorneys however they do not verify if this attorneys are responsible. They assigned Jill Hampton for a speeding ticket that I had, I explained everything and I asked if there is anything she can do to help. She said yes. She did not even tried to help at court. When I asked her what do I have to do after the court date she said she was going to send me a letter explaining all the details. I spoke with her 4 different times in 2 months and every single time she said she will send the letter. I received a letter from the state of FL saying my licence is about to be suspended and when I got in contact with her she said she sent the letter on the 13th when the court date was on the 7th. basically forgetting that we have spoke 4 different time

Do not waste your money!!!! Law firm is extremely unorganized and have rude and unprofessional lawyers. The customer service was even worse... condescending and siding with the law firm... don't care about the customer. Lied on my face and bottom line unhelpful. Had to pay a lawyer to adress the issue out of pocket. Big waste of time and money.
