A complete waste of money. I was told for several weeks that I would have someone contacting me soon about my case. Then after reassuring me that it was a work in progress, I was told that I needed to find a lawyer myself. Then when I called them on their unprofessional and ridiculous response. They expected me to do what I was paying them to do. Really? Someone attempted to reach out to me while I was at work. Tried to call back and just got tired of the back and forth and cancelled. A complete waste of time and resources.
