My Wife and I paid $1,500 to Attorney Jacob Krief to have a Will and Trust prepared, which was promised as part of the engagement. Unfortunately, both documents were never completed and the process stalled & then stopped without resolution. For something as important as estate planning, follow-through and communication are critical, and that was not our experience. I hope this can still be resolved, and I would be happy to update this review if the Will & Trust are completed properly.

I found Jacob Kreif through my companies prepaid legal. We were so unsatisfied with his communication, we parted ways and found someone else to help us 3 days before our documents were due to the IRS. On multiple occasions he said he would have documents completed and missed his quoted time frame.

I had an extremely unprofessional experience with Attorney Jacob Grief. I contacted him on December 13, 2024, regarding my tax situation, and he agreed to represent me, assuring me that he would file a response with the IRS before the January 31st deadline. I promptly provided all necessary case information and supporting tax documents by December 17th, and he confirmed that he would begin work. However, despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone, he repeatedly reassured me that he would send the necessary paperwork but never followed through. Beyond professional, always on time with requests and he’s second to none when it comes to legal tax advice. I’ve enjoyed working with Jacob past few months . He has delivered every single time and handled everything professionally and diligently. Going forward LegalTaxPlanners will be my go to business for taxes and other legal advice I need.

Not professional at all. He is a waste of time and money. I contacted him based on the online reviews (5 stars) and asked him to help me with my overdue NJ State Taxes. After providing all the information and calling him several times to get the update, he refuses to contact me or NJ State Tax Dept. His behavior of delaying things and lying cost me thousands of $. On top he tries to sell me State Planning service.
