When I called the number the lawyer who I was working with gave me it just prompted me to the hotline. Hotline says to press 2 if you are established but that doesnt do anything. It would probably help with your "extremely high call volume" if people were given useful numbers.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff. They do not do criminal so if you're looking for that kind of help you're out of luck. Mainly help with domestic violence, evictions, public benefits, and wills for people over the age of 60. Great attorneys.
Excellent staff and completely attentative to the needs of clients. Highly recommended.
They try to be helpful. They even had me speak to attorney for 2 hours free!!!
