Very unprofessional and rude . Secretary was rude from the time I entered the building and didnt even speak. . The lady I dealt with act as if she was sleeping with the person I’m taking to court . Legal advice was really her opinion taking his side. Stated she didn’t know if she would take the case after offering her opinion taking his side then the next day called to ask for my paper work and their decision and she stated nastily we already decided we wouldn’t be taking your case . She already knew she wasn't going to take my case but decided to view my documents and lie to me about various things to help him such things she said to me as a black woman. Never again and I don’t recommend them at all.

All that I can say is WOW. I have paid my cash money for legal advice from tenant landlord attorneys right here in Quincy, Gadsden County Florida and Leon County, Tallahassee, Florida and the three attorneys from legal service handled my eviction case in the most highest degree of professionalism that I have ever endured. My hat goes off to the Dream Team, Mr. Paul Arnold, Mr. Thomas, and especially, Mr. Giovanni, for winning the tenant landlord eviction case for me. This is a real DREAM TEAM 👍

Couldn't give me an attorney but said they could help over the phone. Told me what paper work I needed to fill out to get parenting time with my son. That was summer of 2020. It is May of 2021 and I still haven't got to see my son. Judge just ruled on the paper work I turned in and said I filed the wrong documents.

They called me 2 weeks AFTER my court date to let me know I was approved for assistance. Their phone number never worked. Any messages left went unreturned. Worse nonprofit I ever had to deal with.
