I’ve applied for help on numerous occasions, including having no income due to unemployment. Clearly I was in dire need of legal help facing serious legal challenges. No help whatsoever, no explanation, just denial. Every time. Such a disappointment. There are people out there who are in dire need, yet this place is absolutely useless. If you don’t help people like me, who the heck do they help?? Nobody! Waste of time.

I remember back in 2023 coming into 2024 I got in contact because somebody told me about them however they did help me with certain things in the complex that I am living in I know when I try to reach back out to them because I am in need of help because this matter has become worse than what it is I know that somebody told me that they would not be doing it any longer because of not having the funds. And it's sad because there are others like myself they cannot afford legal help and when we try to reach out to even ask a question some of us is being treated like we're not nobody I know because I have experienced that myself. But as I stated they had helped me 2023 to 2024

Pamala mason is extremely rude. No help whatsoever I called to request to speak to someone else. She denied me speaking to another agent I asked her what was going on with the packet. She got a nasty attitude over the phone. Misery that's what she is!

I called backed in April to file for divorce. Someone informed me of Legal services. I had to keep calling back to get someone to call me back. Then when I did get a call back the attorney had a really poor attitude. He was not very helpful. I have been working on this divorce on my own and it has not been easy. The court has been walking me through but I have had to print out my own forms and I am limited on funds to take care of my business. What is legal service supposed to do to help?

I did not have much money as a single mom and had turned everywhere I knew to seek assistance with my divorce/ child custody case involving a restraining order, but could find no help anywhere. Someone told me about legal aid and I reached out to them. I was amazed and overjoyed at the phenomenal service I received from them! The lawyer that took my case was extremely thorough and she did an amazing job. Everyone I spoke with at the office was very courteous, helpful and encouraging. I suggest this office to anyone that has a need for legal assistance! They do need to check the list of cases legal aid can take, because I believe there are some limitations. Thank you (Legal Services) so much for offering this help to financially struggling parents. You make the difference when no one else
