Spoke with an extremely nice and knowledgeable woman named Brenda today who was very kind and helpful and took her time and answered my questions and concerns with patience and compassion. I am so thankful for her willingness to listen to me and to have the time to help me with my personal issues. I am grateful for this business and I hope they are able to help me with my legal issues. Thank you Lord for leading me on this path! Thank you Brenda for everything today!

Please don't waste your time dealing with these people. They never get back with you. I called to make an appointment they told me they will send me a letter. It's been about 6 months now and no letter. Probably a year or longer no communication Said. I'm sure they Just getting paid and not helping anyone

If I could give 0 stars I would. First, the woman who calls is very rude and rushes. Obviously, she doesn't like her job and it shows. Next, I get a letter 3 weeks later stating they "unfortunately can't take my case" because they have too many cases. That's cool. My 8 year olds life is literally falling apart and her biological father poses a threat to her and myself, but that's not important. Good to know. Now, I have to some how come up with thousands of dollars I don't have to get a lawyer to protect my child from a murderer. Thanks Legal Services of North Florida!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. The women at this place (and it's ALL women only) took my application over the phone in March. They said they'd review it and tell me if I was approved for legal aid in no more than 7 days. March came and went, so i started calling periodically to find out where my application was. Some of them were polite on the phone one or two of them were rude and told me that I needed to just wait. Then in April I found out that "they were out of the office for a week and that they weren't going to get to it until another week later". Then, through my own research I found out that my wife had a hearing without me, without my knowledge, without me being served. I won't go into what happened at that hearing but it wasn't in my favor. When I called back to legal services

I wish I could give 0 stars. The lady who answers the phone is very unprofessional. As soon as she answers, you feel like she doesn’t want to be at work, like she hates life. She tries to avoid help and describes things in a manner that discourages people from using the legal services…..This is the second time this is happened. I tried last year. Same woman, same vibe, same scenario, same outcome. Get her out!!!!! Legal Services of North Florida blows!
