The experience with Legal Direct was an easy process and I’m grateful for the stress free services provided.

In April of 2025 I hired Legal Direct to do a QDRO. When I reached out to hire them very responsive. They worked with me to get all the necessary paper worked completed and filled. As I no longer live in California it was important to me to use as service near the are where my ex lived in case there was a problem. Around April 15, I was told the paperwork have been submitted to the court it takes about two weeks to get it returned and then it would be sent to Calpers. (it takes at least three months to process a Quadro). On June 15, my ex received a letter from his retirement stating that new paperwork has ever been received . I called.
