I am so grateful to have found their services! I do not live in Washington but desperately needed to serve my ex-husband. I didn't have an accurate address but was close (wrong apartment number). After attempting service at the wrong apartment number (that I provided) they went above and beyond to confirm the correct apartment number. The second attempt was made that same day and was a success. Communication is impressive, they kept me informed at every stage. I did choose the rush service, it was worth every cent. This was mainly for peace of mind and knowing I would have time to potentially request an alternative service from the judge to allow 21 days notice. I cannot thank them enough for handling this.

This was my first time doing the process server thing and serving someone, they did such an amazing job helping me out with this as I had a close deadline. After serving the person, they were able to file the affidavit to the court for me as well as it is a service they offer since it’s so hard to get time off work to drop off documents. Untrustworthy and frankly a shady business. After paying $100 for this service they closed out our application without doing proper due diligence to report our income and landlord referral correctly. My current landlord said they wouldn’t even talk to him because our application had been closed already. As a family moving across the country this was a waste of our time and money.
