They try their hardest NOT to help. I have seen it with many people. I dont even understand why they are even open. Most of the people I know were under the poverty level and they still wouldn't help without paying $1200. That was one case. The other they denied help. I could keep going but I think you got the jist of it.

I called about needing assistance with attacks I have been suffering from, a family matter when it's been allowed in the household and wanted to speak on the city's involvement and allowing due to a huge violation of my civil rights and I was told immediately that a lawyer (I have never had one in all this experience) talked to him so they will not be assisting me and had the phone immediately slammed to hang up in my face and told 'his supervisor isn't available either' after

Not very helpful, didnt seek to knowledgable as they sent me to another service that didnt handle the type of issue I was seeking assistance with.

There services I believe go unnoticed by a lot of people, there genuinely sincere and true professionals.
