Very horrible. If you are renting your own home and are trying to do things on your own without government assistance, these people refuse to help you. You basically have to be a welfare baby and live completely dependent on the government in order for them to help. My apartment has been uninhabitable for several months. My back door has been completely exposed because I don't have a back door. The floor was so rotted I fell through and injured my hip. I don't have a kitchen, my downstairs guest bath is completely removed, nor am I able to hook up my washer and dryer. Yet I have been forced to continue to pay rent. These last 2 months, I absolutely refused to pay rent until renovations were done. Now I have received a notice to pay by the 20th or else they are moving for eviction. My locks

If you are ever in a situation where you need legal counsel and you’re a tenant, I highly recommend Erika Webster!! She was amazing for our family and our case. She made our process less stressful and was just a God sent. Can’t be more grateful for her and this company!

Although the services are provided free, the attorney wasn't very knowledgeable and didn't provide my proof or anything to the court.

Nonetheless, be proactive and go down to the office anyway to grab some free brochures for information regarding the services they work on, at the time. Good Luck.

Very bad customer service phone rings, gives automated response tells you to select number for appropriate service and then sends you back to the automated response which then tells you to do the same exact procedure again. Btw this senior and 2 grandsons are in danger of losing their housing due to NOONE/ EVERYONE NOT DOING THEIR JOBS. THE PLANDEMIC IS JUST ANOTHER WAY OF BEING LAZY AND NOT HELPING THE SENIOR/DISABLED POPULATION. TERRIBLE!!!! Y'ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!
